Deleting individual items, without deleting your account
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Inside the app, you can
delete any of the following on their own, at any time:
What you can delete individually
A single loan — including its payment history and jewel photos —
from the loan's detail screen.
A single payment record — from that loan's payment history, without
affecting the loan itself.
A jewel photo — by editing the loan and removing the photo, without
deleting the loan or any other jewel details.
Each of these takes effect immediately and permanently — your account and everything else
you haven't chosen to delete stays exactly as it was.
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your loans, payment history, and
jewel photos cannot be recovered — including by us. If you just want to stop using the app
without losing your data, simply sign out instead of deleting your account.
